To view a report for the language activities, click 'View report’ on the corresponding activity on the dashboard (reports are available even when an activity is ‘Live’).
This will take you to the Reports page, which shows a table of results per question, a bar graph, and a cluster section identifying questions that students are struggling with.
Live reporting is available, so if some students have yet to submit their activity answers, you can click on the ‘Refresh report’ button to update results as they submit. This is only possible for activities with a ‘Live’ status.
Explore the question-level view to identify challenging questions across the class.
For more in-depth analysis, you can click on the relevant question number in the results table to view the question, possible answers, and the correct answer.
In the question-level report view for sorting activities, you will see a bar graph that visually represents student performance at the category level for each question. This graph displays the percentage of students who correctly sorted all the words into their respective categories.
As well as the question-level report view, you can also view a report at the student level.
When accessing the class performance report, you'll find a comprehensive breakdown of student performance. This view includes:
- a bar graph visually representing overall class performance
- a table view listing each student and their individual results
- a cluster section identifying the main learning objectives that have been misunderstood.
Use the table view to access individuals’ answers to help identify questions they got correct, incorrect, or that they skipped, for a more detailed understanding of each student’s performance.
The reporting pages will be developed further to deliver more valuable insights on student performance and progress.
