Once your school application has been submitted, you will see the following notice in your Profile:
We cannot process your registration if the information you provide is incomplete or incorrect. Please ensure you use the correct school address, provide a school office phone number so we can verify your identity if needed, and use an official school email address rather than a personal email.
If your school account remains pending for more than 3 working days, please contact us so we can investigate.
Once you have received email confirmation that your school account is approved, you will need to log out and log back in for the changes to take effect. You will then be able to:
View the school joining code.
Access the Manage Users tab.
View and activate school site licences.
