How do I access your learning materials through Canvas?
Once your instructor has enabled the resources, you’ll find a link or tab in your Canvas course navigation. Simply click it, and the learning materials will open directly within Canvas—no separate login required.
Do I need to create a separate account on your website?
No. Our integration uses Single Sign-On (SSO), so you’ll be logged in automatically through Canvas.
If you already have an existing Cambridge University Press & Assessment account, you may be prompted to merge it with your Canvas-linked account.
Will my progress be tracked?
This is currently not available on our website.
What do I do if I don’t have an access code?
Your school should provide you with a 16-digit activation code, which you'll use on our resource page after being directed there from Canvas.
If you haven’t received a code or are unsure where to find it, please check with your teacher or school administrator for guidance in the first instance.
What do I do if my access code won’t work?
Please ensure that the code you enter is correct. You can also use our Code Checker tool to verify its validity and availability. If the issue persists, please contact your teacher as your first point of assistance.
I’ve already registered and activated on Cambridge GO previously —will this affect my access to the resources?
If you already have a Cambridge GO account with the same email address as the one provided by your school’s LMS, you’ll be given the option to link your personal and school accounts during your first launch from the LMS.
Once linked, you’ll have access to both school and personal resources through the LMS.
⚠️ Please note: Once the accounts are linked, they cannot be unlinked.
If you wish to retain access to your personal Cambridge GO account and its resources after leaving school, we recommend not linking the accounts.
I’ve updated my email details in Canvas—will this affect my access to the resources?
Changes to your name or role in Canvas will be automatically synced with Cambridge GO. This sync occurs daily, so any updates made in Canvas will be reflected in Cambridge GO the following day.
⚠️ Please note: Updating the email address in Canvas may create an additional account with the new email, which can cause issues when launching the course.
To avoid any problems, contact our support team with both the original and updated email address, so we can check and update this on our end.
*Why can’t I see my product on my dashboard after activating my code?
Please log out of Cambridge GO and access your resources through Canvas once more. If the problem persists, please contact your teacher as your first point of assistance.
Why am I seeing a One-Time Password screen when accessing Cambridge GO from Canvas?
This happens because it can take up to 10 minutes for a new LTI connection from Canvas to fully register in Cambridge GO. If access is attempted during this short window, the system may incorrectly prompt for an OTP.
If you see this screen:
- Simply cancel the login attempt
- Wait 10 minutes, then try again
- You should then be able to access Cambridge GO without seeing the OTP screen
