If you see a blank screen or the login field is missing when trying to log in or create an account in Cambridge GO, this is usually caused by your browser or network settings.
Please try the following:
1. Turn off your VPN
VPNs are not supported and can stop the page from loading properly. Disconnect your VPN and try again.
2. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
Old browser data can sometimes stop pages from loading correctly.
Clear your cache and cookies, then close and reopen your browser.
3. Try a different browser
Open the page in another browser (for example, Chrome or Firefox).
We also recommend trying Google Chrome in Incognito mode.
4. Try another device or network
If possible:
Use a different device, or
Switch to another network (for example, mobile data instead of school Wi-Fi).
If you are in school and the issue continues, please speak to your school’s IT team.
Still not working?
Very occasionally, this can be caused by a network setting called DNS.
If none of the steps above fix the issue, you can follow the guide in the attached document to update your DNS settings.
If you’re using a school device or school Wi-Fi, please speak to your IT team before making changes.
If it’s still not working, contact Support and include:
The device and browser you’re using
Whether you’re on school or home Wi-Fi
A screenshot of the blank screen
The URL or website you’re trying to access, or the name of the app you’re using.
The username/email address that is connected to the affected account. (Please do not provide us with any passwords; Cambridge University Press & Assessment will never ask you for your passwords.)
Please also confirm that you are not using a VPN and have tried other devices and browsers.
