In this article you will learn:
- The reason why the Cambridge Reader app is logging in to Elevate instead of Cambridge GO
- The reason why you can't find your Cambridge GO resources on the Cambridge Reader app.
- How to reset your password on Elevate or Cambridge GO
The Cambridge Reader app is logging in to my Elevate account instead of my Cambridge GO account.
If your Elevate username is also the email address of your Cambridge GO account and the password of both accounts are the same, the system will automatically log you into your Elevate account. In this instance, you'll need to change the password on one of the platforms to ensure they are different and be able to log in to the correct account.
* Note: Passwords cannot be changed within the Cambridge Reader app, but you'll need to do this process directly on the corresponding website.
I cannot find my Cambridge GO resources when logging in to the Cambridge Reader app.
If your Cambridge GO resources do not appear on the dashboard when logging in to the Cambridge Reader app, make sure that you're logging in to the correct account by considering the information in the paragraph above.
